Look for a reputable establishment – Many furniture stores like to offer incentives and discounts and terms so people will look past their high prices and low quality.

Ask about customer service and delivery –

Check out the displays in the showrooms – If someone can’t take care of their showroom, how can you be sure they’re going to care about your rooms?

Ask questions – Everyone’s heard the expression the only dumb question is the one never asked. This rings true at furniture stores as well. If you are looking for an item and don’t see it, ask a sales associate.

Check for quality – Don’t assume that high prices mean good quality, or that affordable prices mean poor quality. A lot of companies don’t always produce the quality to match the look and the price.

Try it out – Open the doors and drawers on chests and dressers, look at the tailoring on our sofas and chairs, and relax in our recliners or in our bedding department to see what feels the best. There is no better way to find out how something is going to work or look than to try it.
